Pierre Boueri

Management consultant with more than 10 years’ experience in assisting start-ups and SMEs in establishing strategies and innovative business plans, identifying unique value propositions and positioning, and finally implementing transformation processes with change management. He also is a mentor and investor in multiple start-up’s and serves on multiple boards in the MEA region. Serial entrepreneur and executive with more than 22 years’ experience in the water and energy industries. He was till recently the CEO of one of the leading companies with more than 40 years’ experience in the MEA region. He led its transformation and expansion from a family business to a corporate institution by creating an innovative corporate strategy and business model and implementing an authority matrix with its related policies that rendered a positive culture with on-going concern for the group. Finally, he founded and currently presides an environmental NGO that acts on sustainability in Lebanon and the region.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the American University of Beirut (AUB) in Lebanon, a master’s degree in environmental engineering and project management (EEPM) from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, an executive master’s in business administration (EMBA) from HEC Paris in France and certificate in entrepreneurship and innovation from Babson College in the United States. He is currently undergoing his doctorate in business administration (DBA) from the Business School of Lausanne (BSL) in Switzerland and is expected to complete it in 2026; the doctoral research being related to this core field of expertise: “Corporate Governance in Family Businesses SME’s”. Moreover, he is a member of the Certified Management Consultants – Global Institute (CMC-GI) since 2022, with Credential ID No: CMC-GI/119/2022 and is ISO 20700 trained in management consultancy, since 2022 with Credential ID No: 0784/22.
